Some people like to have the meditation sequence in a doc, so here is the sequence for Step 1: CALM.
The Source Connection practice consists of 4 steps. CALM, GROUND, CENTER and CONNECT.
Each step can be used as a separate practice, but all 4 steps are done in sequence to prepare for meditation, inquiry, or before performing any ceremony or spirit work.
STEP 1-CALM
Breathing helps us to relax and calm. We get more oxygen and feel energized and alert. Breathing in white light is a form of healing & cleansing. Exhaling negative is a release and detox. Use this practice anytime you’re stressed or anxious. Use daily for best results.
PRACTICE
1. Inhale: Breathe in through your nose and fill your belly with air (like a balloon). Imagine breathing in white light and it filling your entire body head to toe.
2. Exhale: Breathe out through your mouth allowing your belly to go flat.
Imagine breathing out any negative (notice the color of your exhaled breath).
3. Continue cycles of breaths until your entire body is filled with white light and your exhaled breath is colorless or white.
TIPS
*Never assume there is sickness or negative in your body! Simply allow whatever needs to be done to be done.
Inhale slow and deep (but don’t strain yourself).
Envision your exhaled air floating up into the sky to be transmuted.
EXTRAS
Newbies: Focus on deep breathing and taking your time filling up your body with white light.
More Experienced Seekers: Practice until your body is filled within 4 cycles of breaths. Practice until your inhaled and exhaled breaths are at least 8 seconds long.
What does your subconscious mind do with what you think, say, do, & feel during your day?
Realizing how important your daily life is to your future is the 1st step in living a happier, balanced life!
THINK about what you say before you say it.
SAY what you want in your life. (Not what you don't want.)
DO something different.
We create the life we are experiencing . . . every day.
Is it time for you to tell a different story?
Today we kick off our series "Think, Say, Do, & Feel"!
This series will help you discover things you can do to navigate our crazy world while maintaining calm and balance. :)
But first things first . . .
We have to discuss who or what (government or other entity) is going to save you from the rollercoaster ride we've all been on for the last few years . . .
Are you holding stress in your body?
Can you feel the tightness in your shoulders, head, neck, or back?
Like most people, you've probably had a stressful last couple of years. Time to dump that crap!
If we hold negative (stress, drama, anxiety, anger, etc.) in our body, it can cause illness!
This practice can be found in Chapter 10, page 132, practice #3 in my book "The Truth About Spiritual Gifts".
Review the practice before doing it. If you don't have the book, listen to the MP3 before doing the practice.
Homework: I'd love to hear about how you felt after doing this practice! Let me know in the comments.
Have some fun this weekend. See you next week. :)

I'm on vacation this week, but wanted to give you a practice to help you see why certain experiences come into your life . . .
Grab your journal (or some paper).
It's important for you to write (not type) this practice.
For the next week, write down the thoughts you have during the day.
You don't have to go into great detail. Just a sentence is enough.
Examples: Lady cut me off in traffic and I thought, "what a B**ch".
My hands were full and a man held open the door for me. How nice of him!
At the end of the week, look back and count the number of good thoughts and not so good thoughts.
Which one did you have more of, good or negative?
Did you allow people to anger you with their words or actions?
How could you have changed the negative thoughts into more positive ones?
Remember, our words, thoughts, actions, and emotions have power. What we send out comes back to us. The way we use them creates what we experience in our life.
Have a great week and I'll see you next time!
